Wild Minder is my pride and joy, but it wouldn’t be what it is today without the amazing team below! For as long as I can remember, I’ve dreamt of starting my own little venture. From selling painted stones outside my house at the age of eight to transforming my bedroom into a beauty salon and charging 50p for a manicure, I was always creating something. What Merrill lacks in work ethic (often found snoozing on the job!) she more than makes up for in morale. Always ready to lend a paw to her fellow team members. She’s the first to offer support—whether that’s a wag of encouragement or just her uplifting presence. A true lover of the outdoors. Merrill takes her breaks very seriously, often stopping to sniff the flowers and savour the moment.
Merrill has been crowned “Employee of the Week” every single week since Wild Minder began. A well deserved title for such a loyal and enthusiastic team member!
